Has enjoyed a career in the lighting industry spanning over thirty years, the last fifteen of which have been focused on developing effective lighting design solutions.

Creating that all important 'wow' factor in any project is a constant driving force.

Frank has a certificate in illumination Engineering and plays an active role in running lighting seminars for the design industry.

He keeps up with the latest trends by regularly visiting international shows and being in constant contact with a wide variety of lighting suppliers.

Carly Knowles

Has a Bachelor of spatial Design degree from AUT and is a valued member of the lightplan design team offering well developed drawing and presentation skills.

Carly has worked as a Retail Fashion Manager and has a keen interest in interiors.

Carly is also a talented artist and her sense of colour and style enables her to provide an exciting balance and dimension to our lighting design process.

Haydn Mellor

Has recently joined the team as a project manager.
Assisting in the development of lightplanís administrative systems.
To ensure project time lines and product supply times are running smoothly.
Monitors and maintains our quality control programme.
